  • A must try, not expensive experience. Limited times, so plan ahead. Very interesting and a bit creepy. Good family time, takes a few hours, wear comfy shoes.  more »

  • We experienced the fort via the ghost tour. Fun time and great staff. My only challenge is the we didn't get more leisure time to experience the fort. Worth visiting the fort again.
  • I visited the fort on a research trip to learn about the French and Indian war. The fort was very much worth visiting for the information alone. However several things detracted from the experience namely the lack of enthusiasm on the part of the reenactors who seemed to want to get through their script as quickly as possible. Secondly the fort was reconstructed in the 1950s and could use with an infusion of cash for a little updating and TLC. Though the fort can't control it, it is surrounded by a virtual carnival of activity that is out of place with its historic nature. If you had only one choice between visiting William Henry and Ticonderoga, I'd choose the latter.
  • Well. Don't come for the ghost tour. Biggest sellout ever. Our guides had no idea what they were even saying. We had no clue this was a restoration rebuilt in 1953. No ghosts anywhere and half of it sounded like the stories were people on an LSD trip
  • Very nice piece of history, right in town. The tour guide/reenactor was great. The cost is fair for some "local" American history.
  • Cool experience but ticket prices were very high. $36 for two people and 20 mins of content.
