  • Why can the fan club not tell guests their comp dollar balance? They told me to visit a restaurant and if there was a balance remaining, I would have to pay. When I visit the kiosk machines I have two...  more »

  • We came here Saturday night. Had good time in casino went back to room. Pressed button on phone that reads "room service " only to be told there is no room service at this hotel. $229 for the night. NO ROOM SERVICE. Went down to lobby to order food at midnight. Long line of people. Two teenagers taking orders. Long wait later we got our food This really ruined our night
  • Well we drove 4 hours to get here only to find out when we checked in the room we booked was not available. Jenna, the lady checking us in was quite rude. She had a nasty attitude. She offered to give us a room with 2 smaller beds instead of the king size bed we booked ahead of time. My man is 6 foot 4 and barely fits in a king size bed, so a smaller bed was out of the question. Jenna clearly didn't care and had no problem turning us away. So I called the number that I booked the room at and explained the situation. Stephanie was happy to help us. She went above and beyond to find us a room. Not only did she make things right with us, she was happy to do it. Our room was everything we asked for...cozy and clean, (with a king size bed). The price was quite nice as well. Thank you to Stephanie who treated us with respect and appreciated our business. We will definitely stay here again.
  • Just got back ,spent the 19th through 21first at the Isle accommodation ok, employees as usual very nice!!!! Casino horrible!!!!!!. This is the fifth time in the last five months (each time two & 1/2 days) Slots & video porker my favorite NO JACK POTS OF ANY KIND and did not see any for anyone. Spent more time at Golden Nugget and L'Auberge. Their crowds are 60 to 80% bigger than yours WONDER WHY!!!!!!!! NO JACK POTS NO CROWDS !!!!!!! THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR PLAYERS
  • Went to the casino only. It was good. Clean. Not amazing but good. Lower minimum bets makes it more affordable.
  • Just went to the casino, but read that it was recently renovated. It didn't look the best but didn't k the worst either. The valet and staff were helpful. Dealers were very friendly and helpful. Honestly, I had a much better time here than the highly hyped Golden Nugget. I definitely felt like they just wanted to take my money, not even at least being friendly while they did it. All the table games are much more affordable which helps out with your money to time management significantly. It's located right off Lake Charles and has easy access to it and I-10. Definitely recommend it to friends.
