  • This cove is super special and very popular. It has all the mystic of Laguna Beach along with the beauty of sand and surf. The rocks are gorgeous and fun to adventure out, over and around. Be sure to take you beach blanket (you will want to stay), some suntan lotion, and your camera. Don't take any of the marine life away with you as this beach is pristine and protected. by cmilton111
  • The location and beach rank way up on the list of beaches, as far as the nature side of things. However, the secret is out :( During the summer and on weekends, it does get crowded. This beach does have a lifeguard during the busy season, but no other amenities (bathrooms, food, etc) Parking is hard, as most of Laguna's "hidden" spots are. This is a great spot when school is on and you don't mind packing things in like a mule ! Do have to deal with about 70 ft of stairs. Also, they do not let canopies over 6x6 on any of the beaches in Laguna. The standard umbrellas are fine. A good spot to scuba and snorkel.
  • Great place to hop in the water and check out some amazing marine life. Or just simply chill on the beach and enjoy the sand and the sun.
  • Water off the rocky shore is very deep and I saw a large whale come a few dozen feet from me. Very cool experience.
  • Go at low tide to view the tide pools. Wear good shoes because the barnacles all over the rocks will tear up your feet. There are steep stairs to get down to the beach.
