  • One of the best parks in the region with great ocean views that we have always enjoyed very much. Parking is not easy, so arrive before 10:30 to get a good spot. There are restrooms in the lower beach...  more »

  • Lovely park, right along the beach, a walk away from tons of restaurants and shops. The location is great for people who are able to walk around, and it is even better for people willing to get their feet wet. Bring a towel or sandals or related beachwear if you want the full experience, or simply walk around the grassy areas, sit on a bench, read a book, pull out your tablet, relax, and enjoy the warm Pacific wind. For anyone living nearby, you don't have to travel far to feel like you're on vacation. Meanwhile, in Laguna (and nearby Newport), parking isn't really the easiest thing, and parking to get to Heisler Park is no exception. If you're not getting here obscenely early, then expect the hunt for parking to be extensive and intense. You may get lucky, but you may not. Altogether a very nice park.
  • Beautiful ocean Front park. We took chairs and a picnic and enjoyed a couple of hours watching the dolphins swim up the coast. Several small grassy areas and pathways along the coastline to enjoy the views. Plenty of art work to look at along the park and several bras dutiful view points. Not suitable for wheelchairs as many steps and different levels.
  • One of the best sea beach in California. But people merely know about it until they explore. Area wise it is a small beach. But nature wise, it is very rich. This beach has lots of tree, flowers and rock too. It has enough paid parking. Getting to nearest parking to beach is difficult. I just love to visit this place on every weekend.
  • Fun to run around and catch lots of water pok√©mon! Also people watching is pretty solid here. Oh yeah, and if you come in the spring, the lovely views are accented by backdrops of flowers everywhere. Very pleasant place to go for a stroll.
  • This is a great place to spend your free time during the weekend. The park is equipped with bathrooms, quick access to the beach and grills. However note that they fill up pretty quickly so I would recommend getting there as early as possible. This last tip will also help you find free parking
