  • We stayed here last fall and the staff were very rude and were not accomadating at all. I have heard the pool park has closed. This is for the best as far as I am concerned yet a shame we no longer have a place to stay and play in the water.
  • Water Park is permanently closed. Thank you to all the wonderful guests we have serviced over the years!
  • Awful costumer service. Scott, the manager of the facility, is rude and he just wants to keep it as full as he can without any concern for safety or understanding what it means to have a birthday party for a kid. I will NOT recommend this place. I had seen negative reviews online but at the last minute went to check it out since my kid is really into pirates. We ended up signing up to do our party there, bad idea! Unfortunately, since this place does not have any competition for a pool party in this area, they run their bussiness in an abussive way. Avoid this place for a party!
  • This place is horrible. We were given lifetime passes a while back because they felt bad for our loss of an unlce, brother, son and father, Deputy John Mecklenburg. As we were entering the park, we gave them our passes to let us in and the person who took the passes says "Where did you get these?" We tell her the story and she takes them both, goes away to call a few people and comes back saying "Ok, I can let you in this time but i'm going to have to take these." John's sister comes over to try to get them to let us in the park and keep our passes. She asks to speak with the assisstant manager, Robyn (WITH A Y, she made that crystal clear) Anderson who explains to us that the passes should be expired by now, the death was about 3 years ago and they have to take the passes away. After a bit of arguing, Robyn tells her to get her cranky @ss out of her park. We leave in tears in the remembrance of our loss to later find a police officer at our door informing us that we have a property warrant on the park and if we go on the property again, we will be arrested. Buccaneer bay has horrible, sassy staff who make it clear they hate us. I would reccomend not going to that park, unless you have time for a load of crap :P
