  • Blast enjoyed playing with my kids too! It can be pretty crazy with lots of kids and one kid peed up in the slide area which is disgusting! But overall experience was great!  more »

  • The reviews scared me. BUT I still went there and I am happy I did. My 2 year old loved it. The whole facility was super clean, the staff super nice and the prices weren't bad at all. We will definitely go back. It was super fun :) this will be one of our go to places from now on. I have no idea why so many people wrote bad reviews but I am glad I didn't listen to it. Its a great place and we had a blast :)
  • I will start off by saying we are new in town and did not go to the previous location. I can’t believe people have given this place poor reviews! Our family of 5 enjoyed this place. We like that the main climbing gym is in a separate room from the bounce houses so it wasn’t very loud. There were plenty of tables and chairs for the parents to sit at. They have ice cream, soda, pizza and other snacks. The bathrooms and building are clean. We didn’t play any games but they have quite a few in here as well as a prize counter. There is laser tag for an additional fee that we also didn’t do because our youngest isn’t tall enough. The room with the bounce houses is louder because they have the pumps on for the bounce houses. It wasn’t miserable by any means. In my opinion the prices are reasonable. They charge a $2 admission fee for each adult but turn around and give you the money back in the form of a voucher you can use for food or tokens. We ended up using it to get drinks. The price for children 5+ was $10.75 and for the younger ones it was $6.25. They also offer discounts for firefighters, military, etc. We spent 4 hours here for the cost of $29.18 (after tax). My kids would have stayed and played for several more hours if we let them. It’s way cheaper than going to the movies, arcades, bowling, etc. and it’s a healthy option for kids. We will definitely be coming back here! Only advice, bring a jacket! They keep it cold in here to prevent sweaty kids!
  • We faithfully waited 1 1/2 years for the new location to open. My infant is now almost 2 and there is no small children play area like the old place so our first, possbly last visit was a bust. They're are 5 kids in our household, at the same price as the old place, but less bang for your buck. Admission price is simply too high for a play structure and a few bounce houses.
  • First time going to Charlie's Safari. Definitely made for 5-6 and up. Not much for the 5 and under to do. There was only ONE changing table in the only family bathroom. There was no other changing tables which sucks. MY WALLET WAS STOLEN out of my diaper bag while up playing with my child in the toys. I really wanted to like this place. My daughter did have fun until she wigged out from the total sensory overload of it all. I will not be going back again any time soon.
  • A truly awful experience for our family. First, let me say that we have been to other indoor playground places similar to this on many occasions and had a good time. We even went to the old location once and it was ok. This was especially horrible in comparison. On a weekend afternoon this place was filled with frustrated, semi- inebriated adults and aggressive, poorly supervised children. A few staff were circulating but not providing any improvement to safety. I saw kids throwing other kids to the ground and punching them. In the bouncy houses, kids were getting hurt and there was no assist from adults to break up the fights. In the lobby, parents were yelling and grabbing at kids. Really bad atmosphere all around, not a good place to have fun. Staff were confused, shorthanded and basically not in charge. We won't be back, and I don't recommend it.
