  • A must visit even if you are not into gliding. I am not. It has some of the most fantastic views of the ocean from a higher altitude. When we went, it was a little cloudy but still great views. The glider port closes at 5.30 but you can still see gliders even after that. There is a good seating area to have a cup of coffee or beer and enjoy the view as well as the folks gliding. There is a huge grass area where the preparations before flight are done. The food shops were closed when we went, so cant comment on that.
  • This place is a hidden gem! Even a lot of locals don't know about it. You can have an awesome lunch (I had the tortilla soup and an amazing sandwich called "the tandem") while watching the paraglider come and go. There is always a lot of parking and places to sit and chill. I suggest bringing a blanket, it can be a bit cool sometimes, even when it's warm inland.
  • nice sandwiches that reminded me of the oyster farming business in main. Brought my own helicopter, but not allowed to launch off there. Still nice views. great grass up there. Made me feel electric and abrasive.
  • Definitely a good place to take out-of-town guests for a nice view and pictures. Free, easy to get to, you can kill up to an hour just wandering and looking around. Also has a good path down to Black's Beach.
  • My wife, son, and daughter (10) went on the glide and loved it. The professional pictures are not really worth the money ... you can stand on the left side cliff and get good shots. WARNING: nude beach below as my daughter was shocked due to having to land on Black Beach when the winds died down during the glide. Not their fault but was unfortunate for her.
