  • We happened to be there on a weekend they do their annual quilt exhibit. There are three floors in the house and then the whole building across full of quilts. The colors and details take your breath ...  more »
  • The current show of Japanese quilts was impressive. The exhibit is nicely displayed and is well lighted. Touring the mansion itself is worth the visit.

  • Beautiful museum with warm and very friendly staff. Their current collection of Japanese quilts is just breathtaking. Worth a visit even if you don't consider yourself a sewer/quilter: their pieces will open your mind to the possibilities and art of quilting!

  • Gorgeous house decorated with some pretty awesome quilts. If you love quilts it's totally worth checking out. If you like old historic homes it's probably also worth checking out.
