  • One of best decisions to go here! A large variety of species. Beautiful grounds, great walking trails, plants and trees clearly marked and wildlife. We stopped to eat in the cafe. Also well worth it. The food and drinks were yummy
  • I got engaged here in January! Beautiful garden, so lively and full of color. The environment is wonderful and serene. My entire family (and soon to be in-laws) were there to surprise me and they loved it too.
  • This is a beautiful place and peaceful when its not too crowded. During the holidays the Enchanted Forest of Light is a must see. It's an incredibly romantic place to take your sweetie. While my date and I were there I was asked by a stranger to take a photo of him and his girlfriend and as he handed me his phone he told me he was going to propose. It was an added special moment to the night (She said yes, by the way!). The Gardens during the rest of the year are pretty, but not a lot is in bloom in winter. A good way to get into nature in Los Angeles without driving too far out of the city.
  • Very beautiful park, a lot of blossoming trees and flowers - tulips and fragrant lilac are my favorites. I love being at this garden (especially at march-April). A lot of free parking is available for visitors. Students and seniors got a discounted tickets. It is a place of strength and harmony for nature lovers. You can spend few hours with family enjoying local shade and aromas. Buying an annual pass would save you some money.
  • Hidden gem in the area, beautiful rose garden, lilac section is a must visit during lilac season, and the grounds offer easy to light hiking paths. Lovely gift shop, good food and lots of seasonal events. Tiny train and duck pond for children, art, music, and tea garden. Wonderful escape from city pressure.
