  • Went last summer after many years. Great tour and fun for young and old. Go on a warm day and take a jacket. It is much colder down in the cave.
  • Me and my husband and mother visited here in july, and we were not disappointed! they start the tour off with an educational video with some background of the cave and how it was discovered. we were t...  more »
  • The guide and the caverns were very nice. The kids had never seen one so we just pulled in. He was extremely thorough and answered questions for the kids. Really great place for not knowing much about...  more »

  • Great attraction for the entire family. Knowledgeable staff and tour guides. Very reasonable admission fee and great for groups or the personal visitor. The kids loved learning how to "pan for gold and gems" - an interactive activity that encourages kids to see and find (and keep) the various stones and gems that they find.
  • Pretty cool but they need to update their tour. The video they play is about 20 minutes too long and extremely boring. Plus they allow parents to bring screaming infants on the tour, completely ruining the tour for everyone else. Kids are cool but they should try to separate the tours if possible. What's with the jack frost reference? What is this, 1957?
  • Gift shop is average. Employees are very nice and helpful. Cave is underwhelming and small. I have been spoiled since I have been to Luray Caverns a few times and it dwarfs Crystal Cave. For children and adults that are not able or willing to travel to Luray Caverns in VA it is a nice substitute. The cave also has some pretty cool history.
  • Great place to spend the day! A definite plus is how affordable the gift shops are. Definitely want to revisit this spot.🤓
  • The cave is beautiful and it has alot of history and unfortunately that's the about the extent of nice things. So some things I think someone should know from mine and my wifes experience. Is that the restaurant is overpriced and alot of the food is just "meh" the chili dog is good though. The store has some cool things and they have good prices. The cave tickets are also overpriced, especially becuase you can't hear the guides becuase of the amount of tours going on at the same time and it moves slow it's not a big cave. There was four tours going on at the same time (around 80-100 people) and like I said it's not a big cave. The guides do what they can they helpful and funny but there's only so much they can do I actually felt bad. It was a very frustrating experience but they remained professional. All in all I liked the cave not the experience. We thought about asking for a refund but decided to just go home. I hope others have better experiences here becuase it is beautiful and the staff really are nice.
