  • We tasted all the different offerings of wines and enjoyed several. The pineapple wines are very sweet and unique. The group have old trees and history going back to plantation days.  more »
  • Great free tour of the winery. Lots of history too. We enjoyed a wine tasting and even joined the wine club! We walked across the street for lunch.  more »
  • A very pleasant drive winds up from the coastal lands to a property steeped in history. The short tour was very informative and the tasting room very well managed. The Maui Gold pineapple wine was a t...  more »

  • Awesome experience. Drive from Kaanapali wasn’t bad at all. We left around 8 am, and took our time to get to the complimentary tour which starts at 1030. Stopped and took pics along the way. We had signed up and paid in advance for the old jail house tasting following that tour which was at 1115. We had Alli as our tasting room staff and she was the bomb. Super informative, nice, and had good stories to share. We signed up for the wine club after the tasting, and tasted more wines in the kings cottage. The staff were all lovely, including the wine maker Mark. The only thing that left me with a bad taste in my mouth is one staff member who assisted with the rest of our tasting. She had longer brown hair and straight cut bangs. For first timers who haven’t been there, it would have been nice if she was more patient and personable. She was really rude and had an attitude, which was just out of place compared to the other staff there. Plus we were signing up for a membership, so we do want to keep coming back.
  • We did the old Jail House wine tasting. I highly recommend doing this, but make sure to book this in advance if you plan to visit the winery. The tasting comes with 5 different wines, some of which may not be available. It also came with and a plate of meat, cheese, dried fruit and crackers to pair with the wines. The overall experience is exceptional. Our host Tamara was an excellent guide to these wines! Maui Wine is a must do on your travel plans, it has a great selection of wine to suit anyone's palate.
  • So their were 6 of us and we had booked the Jail Tasting at 11:15 for $30 a person which was fine. So when they handed out the really SMALL cheese and meat tray the other groups of 2 and 3 got one and the 6 of us got only one! Really... Then on each of 5 different wines we were served last and got half the amount and one of our party barely got his glass wet and we were told oh that's all there is left. It was a winery find another! Then we think we our getting a private tour NO the tours were for anyone and had started at 10:30 would have been nice to know. And told us oh there will be another one at 1:30. So don't waste your money on a special jail tasting the regular tasting got more for less. And no this wasn't my first time I have visited winery's all over North America and this is the first time I have been dissatisfied.
  • Had a lovely time sampling wines and choosing some to get shipped home! The location was beautiful and fun to get to (beware box windy road!), and the game of Jenna and Bags we enjoyed after sampling wines was even more enjoyable. Right down the street from food and gift shop!
  • Well worth the drive out this way. I'm from Alaska so to me this place is magical. The trees are HUGE. I'm a history nut so that was another kicker to the stop. The wife and I bought some wines and they were amazing.
