Plenty of hiking trails. Easy place to take the kids by myself, or with a nature group. Kids love it and so does my husband.  more »

A very nice hiking trail. Beautifully situated along the water. Challenges for the bigger kids and also accessible for less. Huts, balance training, children's play area, tables and benches for your own packed lunch. Opportunities to buy both edibles and crafts.

Very clean facility and staff was very freindly. Was on site for about three hours and explored the boardwalk trail and several of the smaller areas. Was never bored the entire time. We encountered lots of wildlife, even saw a turkey with about five juveniles on parade. The boardwalk trail ran right along and even overhanging the river at points and passed a small cave entrance. Trail was well shaded for a very hot day.

Came here and went hiking with my extended family. We walked for about 3 miles on the trail and then had a picnic gathering and good conversation. We didn't have time to fully explore the park but from my experience I had a good time. The only downside was there were quite a bit of insects at our picnic which wasn't so good. Hope to be back some other time with my friend Sam. They sell T-Shirts for $18 which is expensive but well worth the money.

Love Ijams. Great place to walk, hike or trail run. Lots to explore. At the visitors center nice bathrooms and helpful people.

Contains beautiful, relaxing trails. Neat insect garden and a fun nature playground. The Perfect Place for a little outdoor retreat.
