  • First time my 10 year old has attended summer camp here. It was so nice to pick her up and not hear how bored she was all day, and that she really enjoyed it and wanted to go back.  more »

  • It was a lot of fun. We bought a discount tickets on Groupon. It was the kids winter break so I thought it would be crazy busy but it wasn’t. Check in quick and getting skates was a breeze. They have ...  more »

  • Free lesson was great, kids enjoyed it. Most of the staff fantastic. Kids wanted to sign up for lessons, we didn't because of one of the employees. That is the same reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5. The short French employee was yelling at a skater for being in a room that talking to other parents I found out is where the advanced regulars are suppose to go so new people could have room in the lobby, and I don't want my kids to be exposed to this type of behavior. I am undecided if we will give the rink another chance or not. But I will have my husband with me next time and that little man better not speak to any of us that way. You could have a nice family place. Good Luck to you. 2nd Visit. We went back to give it a second try. All the staff we encountered where professional and friendly. Some of the regular skaters my daughters age helped teach her to skate, they where very nice and we will be visiting again.
  • We took our grand daughter to this Ice Skating place for her Birthday Party. Its located in Kissimmee Florida. Very organized. Snack bar food was good. Very large main rink, skaters were monitored by staff. This made you feel safe as staff would stop people who were not being appropriate and given a very nice warning. The learners rink (smaller) Very nice for beginners and elderly. Mind you I'm from Green Bay WI. And skated all the way through my teenage years. And considered a fairly good skater. First, the skates were well maintained and in good condition. Staff were very friendly toward people who were not sure of size or for many who had never skated before. They offered a learners device made of metal tubing that learners could hold onto and get used to the skates. Well at 78 years old and like I said considered a fairly good skater I decided to just hold the wall around the outside of the small rink until I got used to the skates. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! After a number of times around the rink I thought I'd just venture out on the ice. Actually I thought I was doing well. I must have forgot my age.. As that was what my doctor said when ordering x-rays of my ribs. Sure enough 2 fractured 1 cracked. Seeing the x-rays my doctor stepped back and said "what in the hell ever made you think after an absence from skating for 50 plus years you could even put on skates or for that matter at your age put on skates." Well we both laughed I did while holding my arm across my ribs. The following year my grand daughter wanted her party at the Ice Factory again. I'm a quick learner... Stayed out side of the ice rinks and took pictures. FAIR ADVISE FOR PEOPLE MY AGE.. Enjoy the Ice Factory its a great place to hold kids birthday parties...
  • I have lived in FL my entire life and this is the first time I have been to Ice Factory. My children have skated here many times. So these are first impressions. The building is in need of some repair and updating. I remember when it was built 20 + years ago. There is insulation hanging from the ceiling in the main entrance. There are tables inside the skating area that have holes in the with splintered wood exposed. Discard the table or repair it. We asked for two skating walkers for our younger children and were asked to pay $3 each. We were not asked to pay last time. Both walkers were not even and the two legs didn't make contact with the ice at the same time. They are just a simple hollow tube of steel that is bent seems like it would be to hard to insure these were straight, especially if you are asking people to pay extra. It would be great if there was an area where parents and guests could watch the skaters and stay warm, especially with having a baby with us. The skates were acceptable at best and they charge $5 extra for upgraded skates, whatever that is? My oldest daughter 12 really enjoyed herself and had no complaints. So even though the facility and environment is most likely the same and minimally maintained over the years, the core experience is still succeeding.
  • Very good price and friendly staff. My lad was on the ice nearly 3 hours and loved it. Small food and drink stabd that sells everything you need. Will certainly visit again on our short holiday to Florida
  • My youngest daughter had her birthday party here and we all went ice skating.
