  • We took the 6 miles trail, on a weekday morning. Very quite, saw no other hikers and no wildlife. A little disappointed, with the "Disney" name we were expecting a more exciting destination. Nice walk...  more »
  • Enjoyed the 2 mile walk. Quiet. Looked for birds animals and snakes. No entrance fee and a nice escape from the crowds.

  • If you wish to truly understand the word "quiet" come walk this trail. It is among the last completely undeveloped lakes in Central Florida. We come several times a year just to get away from all the hustle of civilized life. Take a few minutes and walk in the quiet. You will be glad you did.
  • The trail can be long if you take the yellow loop. It's rough cut compared to the other two trails, but still very enjoyable. Not alot of shade though. Water is a must bring. Parts can also get kinda wet and muddy, just as a heads up.
  • Excellent, large wilderness area, good walking trails and loads of wildlife to see.
