  • Thank has some nice trails thru the woods and over the creek. Very tranquil. It is a bit of a challenge to get to. No public transport anywhere close that I could detect.
  • The last time we had been there was years ago, I don't even remember it. It was a nice surprise with the little building next to the parking. It had a lot of live bees, birds, turtles, and more of oth...  read more »
  • Beautiful place for running! They have one loop that is just over a mile and several other small ones. Paved trails that loop through amazing forest with quite a few hills but not too terrible. Has a nice creek/river. We went in July and saw about 7 fawns 8 does and 1 buck. Lots of birds singing. BEAUTIFUL!
  • My ONLY complaint is that they don't allow dogs on their trails. Other than that Powder Valley Nature Center has tons of free events, beautiful trails, and a top notch education/visitors center for people of all ages to enjoy. It's a great place for a date if you want to take a stroll.
  • Was very nice and clean, educational and the kids enjoyed it very much. Thank you. Keep up the good work
  • Several paved trails run through this area, with bridges crossing creeks. It is quite steep on some trails, though one is easier than the others. The difficulty of the trails is well marked on the map near the visitors center. Nice to have the paved trails when ground is still wet, not having to walk through mud, but be aware that that the pavement can be slippery if it is still wet in the those steep sections.
  • It was raining so we came here for an indoor activity with the kids. They did have a good time going through the building, and checking out Peanut the turtle.
