  • Arrived late so not much time at the casino was a last minute weekend getaway. I'm sure the reg. Hotel rooms are ok but we got a fantasy suite, it was terrible! Staff is friendly
  • Have seen a lot of shows here. You must pay to get into the casino and I think there is still to many smoking areas.
  • First let me say, that neither my husband or I are gamblers. We have our limit and we stay in it. With that said, we were not there very long. We only played the machines. They have non-smoking sectio...  read more »
  • Love it. The 3 card poker dealers are very nice people. Be sure to sit at Nicks or Gloria table!!
  • Smoke filled table games Mix of good and less experienced dealers Less friendly and Non caring floor supervisors No system of reservations for busy table games but floor supervisors reserve seats as they like, fellow players take advantage of the same scheme and always lock the seats in the name of someone else who may not even be visiting the casino that day. Some regular players talk behind and bite ears when new players come to tables beyond all hurdles. The 20 minutes of allowed break , when player leaves the table, is a big joke when the seats are kept locked for hours for some special others. No consistent treatment and respect for everyone. Even the fellow players take side. Some players are very rude and they blame other players for their losses and Misfortune, they express their views very openly and ask the other players to step out of the game by blaming them. The floor supervisors don't usually care again. Overall this is not a good place to visit if you care for health and having a good time.
  • Location was very easy to find. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but they offer valet so that would probably have fixed that issue. Only saw die stairs where blood drive was being held. Very nice and well kept area. Staff was extremely helpful.
  • So far very unimpressed with Valley Forge Casino and Hotel!!! I have called twice in the past two days including once in the past two hours about our reservation that I made in February and now you suddenly don't have a room with two beds!! So now I am sitting in the parking lot with two kids, while my husband is inside trying to figure out what we are going to do. Every staff member we encountered so far was very rude. There are "two" separate hotels but apparently both are run at the Radison. The employee at the Valley Forge desk told my husband "I don't know what you expecte to do! I can't leave my desk!" How about pick up the phone and call someone!
  • My husband and I went to investigate it and you can't even get in without purchasing a special membership. Since we are from out of town it didn't really make sense for us to do it. The parking was hard to figure out. Not very impressed walked out without giving them a dime. Very snobby environment.
