  • We had so much fun. It's a lot harder than it looks. Pretty tough mini golf course.. lots of hills which made it fun  more »
  • We had fun, but it’s just an ok mini golf place. Holes are very slanted and or warped which makes for a challenge if you’re really serious about mini golfing.  more »
  • Badly in need of renovations. Torn carpet. Almost all the holes are the same. No "hazzards" just badly slanted. $10, definitely not worth it.  more »

  • Fun experience, not a mini golf you can take seriously! As others have said some holes your ball will not sit for teeing off, or some second shots or simply laying up next to the hole on the tee off. There are 2 holes that if you don't hit it just right the ball will come back to you....but if you hit it right like I did on #15 you get an ace. No par ratings on the holes so we made up our own...again not a mini golf to take seriously, enjoy the view and some time in the trees.
  • I would not waste my money on coming here again. This course is basically impossible. Almost every hole is basically a slope and all the balls end up in the same spot. The concept is great, the location is cool but the actual engineering of the holes is horrible. They pride themselves in this being the hardest course in the black hills, but challenging and impossible are two different things. Our players ranged from 8yrs to 43yrs. Go somewhere else! The wax museum next door actually looked more interesting than this golf course!
  • Worst mini golf ever. No one working at the course. Had to go over to the wax museum to pay and get our putters & balls. Not many holes are too level. Most you cant even set your ball down to take your first shot without it rolling away. Not well maintained. Overall, garbage. Save you time and money, drive the 20 minutes to Rapid City and play at Pirates Cove.
  • We were there a couple weeks ago. It was the only bad experience on our whole trip. It looked fun, but like others have said, there were holes where you couldn't even get your ball to sit to 'tee off' and if you missed the ball went up against rails or all the way back off. HAVING IT OPEN IN IT'S CURRENT STATE IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED AND REDONE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THE OWNER CAN TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY IN GOOD FAITH. I was told the owner wasn't there and I didn't want to give the poor 15 yr. old boy who was working a hard time over something he had no control over. I hope everyone reads these reviews and forces him to redo the course!!! This site won't let me post this unless I give it one star. It doesn't deserve one star...............
  • The best part was we got out money refunded. If you don't get a hole in one, your ball goes to the very outside edges every time. The tee off areas are not level and your ball won't sit long enough to let you hit it. The bugs living in the bushes were relentless even with big spray on and the yellow jacket wasps were in several places where you play or have to stand. It could be a great course with some adjustments.. this was our second attempt at this course and I know we won't be back again.
