  • A knock back from Miami to Key West, has to pass the pier to see the best sunset is chilling, there are street performers, groceries, a walk to reach the 5:00 pm and enjoy the best view you have, pay parking , $4.00 per hour, but it's worth a lot to see this phenomenon

  • We went to Mallory Square two nights in a row and it was very entertaining. The shows and crowd were something to experience. Not so much of a sunset while we were there, but I can see how it would be...  more »
  • Saw the sunset with tons of other people. Sailboats added to the great view. A few performers were out, but not as many as anticipated. Besides that, it's a typical town square on the waterfront. Simi...  more »

  • Mallory Square in Key West offers a little something for everyone. From saloons, restaurants, clubs, lodging choices and the most beautiful, picturesque sunsets on earth you will find it at Mallory Square. Outside the Sunsets, it is a very crowded, very overprices tourist epicenter. While the sunsets are definitely something you don't want to miss out on at least once on your visit the crowds become so large that you likely will not be able to get close and your view will be blocked. There are many street performers in the area and that can be entertaining to watch, the shops lining the area mostly sell the same stuff at outrageous prices while relying on the steady stream of tourists.
  • There wasn't many vendors on hand during our visit. A very strong gust of wind blew a vendors umbrella off its stand. Two brave gentlemen finally retrieved the umbrella, with one going for a swim: "Boy! That felt good!" None of the cruise ships were tied up at the pier therefore, less vendors. About 5 years ago, there was a gentleman that had some trained cats. His show was free, but, he had copies of his for sale. Hopefully, he has returned. :) Please do enjoy his show.
  • Best sunsets in the Keys and nightlife to keep you entertained that changes constantly from kinglets to fire to cats for Gods sake doing tricks! You can get a photo with a mermaid or something made just for you. It’s all fun and simple joy to be out on a sunset night in the Keys. A must see every night you are here. Highly recommended and then go to dinner somewhere You will love it.
  • We enjoyed walking around and watching the street entertainers. We had read about all the acrobats, unicyclist, talking mime, etc..... we were a little disappointed as there were only two street entertainers other than musicians. Both of their shows were interesting, but they drug out the act too long, it would have been better if their stunts were closer together. I hope to go back sometimes to see all the acts. We went on a week night, so that might have been the reason for less acts, but it was the middle of the summer and everything was pretty bustling in Key West, so we expected Mallory Square to be at full throttle.
  • I really enjoyed the nice sites and views and the souvenirs were outstanding to look at. But the best things was that they were very cheap!!!! I really loved Mallory. The shop owners were so sweet and kind and the tourists were so kind. They always made me and my family laugh and they were so sweet and kind. Mallory square is the best place to shop and tour and I 100% recommend it.
