  • Small and hard to view birds that needed shade. Turtle pond was nice. free but not really worth the time to visit.  more »

  • Feeding turtles and watching the huge iguanas was fun. But not a lot of birds and kind of hard to see. Great time for younger kids and week with the free price!
  • Nice, small little center doing important work. It's not quite as good for visitors as some sanctuaries.
  • Great thing to do for free, and lovely staff who really care about the rehabilitation of the animals brought in. The only downside is that it isn't very big, we only spent about half an hour here which included standing at the pond for a long while with the ibis.
  • Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very glad they exist and take such good care of the injured birds. They gave us food to feed the turtles. It was a nice stop outside the usual Key West hustle.
  • We enjoy this stop immensely. It is not grand but you get a great up-close look at the wildlife and have a few minutes of non touristy time.
