  • Paul and Crystal gave us personal tasting that blew our socks off. This is a 11 out of 10, top notch business. You have got to experience this product.
  • I had been on multiple brewery tours but never had been to a distillery. Although the process is different, the tour was pretty similar to a small microbrewery. The best part of the tour was trying 17...  read more »

  • Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly and classy clientele, and drinks were made the right way. Enjoyed a rum flight, chosen especially for our tastes by the bartender (we are whiskey drinkers). He was super-knowledgeable about rum. We had planned to sit on the porch, but loved the atmosphere inside and we enjoyed watching opening day baseball with other patrons, who were fans of the opposing team (sorry, Cardinal fans - Buccos had a good day on Sunday). Prices were good and we hated to leave but had lots more to see in Key West. Stop here if you enjoy a high quality bar experience.
  • Visit the Key West First Legal Rum Factory to see how rum is made and distilled. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We purchased the rum and definitely did and it tasted just as great as we remembered. The shot glasses we purchased came with a tasting of 6 different items of theirs. Definitely worth the visit. ****
  • Rum tasting here if you pay 10$ for a shot glass. The rum seemed fresh. You can sample one rum for free. Bring your ID though, they are the only people that card you on the island. The vanilla brûlée was the best rum they offered me.
  • Should I have poured it myself? Wish I could have tasted it. Bartender didn't pour a sample of vanilla after request. Wanted to sample before purchasing. I was acknowledged, but ignored for 15 minutes while she waited on $10 rum sampler customers who came in after me. It wasn't busy either. What it was: extremely rude and your unfortunate loss. Suggestion: Hire better help. The experience in your establishment was the only negative one on the island while visiting for 4 days.
  • Unique. Great photo op in front of a giant replica of a police line up. Rum was delicious and we enjoyed a different experience taste testing their different concoctions.
