  • Lovely walk thru conservatory full of butterflies. There are small quail, a turtle and even two flamingoes. Nice break from the sunshine and heat outdoors.
  • Butterflies are free flying inside this flutterarium. Lots of them. If you are interested in butterflies, this is the place to go.
  • This place is truly incredible. It's not often that I say the word "wow" repeatedly. But, this little place tucked away in Key West definitely did it. At first you're in this waiting area and I thought that was the whole thing and was getting really disappointed. But then you walk through the double doors and you're transplanted into this surreal little butterfly oasis. They fly around as if humans were their friends and there are so many of them! The beautiful gardening certainly adds to the experience and I'm sure helps the butterflies feel more at home. There are also different kinds of birds flying around. This review doesn't do it justice. Definitely go if you're in Key West and you have a moment to spare. I'll post some photos.
  • Have been here three times in three years and don't get tired of the peaceful serenity of watching butterflies float through the air. We've been to a few butterfly houses across the country and this is - by far - the best one we've found. Every time, there have been hundreds of butterflies as far as we can see. We generally spend about 30 - 45 minutes or so walking through the actual butterfly house and always spend a couple minutes in the gift shop, which is nice and has decent prices. Looking forward to stopping back during our next trip to the Keys...
  • This was well worth the stop. Butterflies everywhere and some colorful birds in the trees and plants. A little paradise and very refreshing after being in the heat. Prices reasonable. Watch your step for butterflies and little partridges roaming all over the walkway
  • Great service and wow, the amazing butterflies and flamingos. They do a wonderful job with explaining their rules to help the butterflies and other animals stay inside and be able to eat. The gift shop after is definitely a must-see. I would most definitely recommend it to a friend!
  • Pricey, but it's for the butterflies right? lol cool place to see a ton of butterflies fluttering around you. Also some small finches and birds-including flamingos. Short and entertaining.
