  • I can't give a fair review since I only went to the top of the falls. But the falls are beautiful and there are other trails to explore on my next visit. UPDATE: Just yesterday, 7/11/2021, I took my wife to see the falls. Both she and I loved it. This time, I was able to roam about a bit more and see what the park has to offer. There is a parking fee if you're from out of state but it's worth it. The fee isn't much. There's a covered bridge, a large field with picnic tables, the falls with different tiers to view from and at the top you can see the river that feeds the falls. There are a couple trails to hike. Nothing difficult. And... It was clean. Usually, at parks like this, people tend to leave their trash behind on the trails. Over all, a pleasant experience.
  • Beautiful state park. Relaxing and scenic. They allow pets as well. Be mindful of children when walking up the falls as there are many spots to slip or fall. Also people have tendency to walk over the fences and go in the water. All in all beautiful place that is kept very clean. Parking fees waived for all in state visitors. Will always come back.
  • Kent State park is so serene and beautiful. The waterfall is relaxing to look at. The green foliage is absolutely amazing. The Fall season must bring out the best colors from these trees. There are benches in the park for a picnic. There's a little stream that had tiny little fish swimming. Kids of all ages would love and enjoy visiting this place.
  • Awesome park for all ages. Well maintained and easy to moderate hikes. Lots of areas to cool off in the water or sit and watch the wildlife. Worth visiting year round. Portable bathrooms on site and seem maintained.
  • Great place for a summer outing. Get your mat/chairs to sit and enjoy. You can trek to the top of the falls. No parking fee for the Connecticut state residents. Kent is a nice town if you want to eat
