  • This is a decent place to visit when you're passing by, but in my opinion it's not the kind of place that I'd want to visit again. Parking can be a little tricky during peak hours, but it's not impossible. They have some fun amusement rides which I enjoyed. But I was really hoping to see a little more of the ocean. There's a small walkway hidden in the back, but not much more than that. Typically with a boardwalk you'd expect to have a walkway made of wood, but you really don't get that at all here. Don't get me wrong, it's still nice, but it's not what I expected. The biggest killer though is the price of everything. $6 for a corn dog. Not a legit corn dog either. I'm talking Walmart frozen section corn dogs, for $6. Pretty much everything is this expensive. Overall, decent place.
  • Great place to take children great place for adults to enjoy themselves and relax a very beautiful place gorgeous ocean views rides great food was out of this world all the staffs all over were so nice
  • During a family beach house vacation this summer, we took the opportunity to visit the Boardwalk area on a weekday. We arrived shortly after opening at 10:30am. No wait to get all day ride bands for the almost 20 in our group of several families. The rides were all good and ranged from the tameness of a train and merry go round to the intense of a wild wooden roller coaster and several spinning swinging, and looping rides. We had kids in our group from ages 1 through 16 and everyone had opportunities to find something they could ride. There were a few daycare field trip groups that came that day, but we never had issues with long waits until later in the afternoon. By that point, it was getting hot anyway. We took advantage of visiting some of the shops in the area, several of which are actually a pretty good walk from where the major rides are. The boardwalk area is fairly spread out, so there is a good bit of walking involved. Shade is also pretty limited, especially at some of the ride queues. However, overall, everyone in our group felt we got our money's worth.
  • Fun place for all ages. amusement rides, restaurants, starbucks near by, games, splash area to play in, quarter machines to get food to feed the fish, playground, mini train ride, boat rides as well...many shops and music. Definitely fun..even if you don't want to spend any money..the weekends get very crowded and holidays so I avoid those times but if the parking is too full don't forget around the side by the water there is another parking lot where you can ride a VERY short (literally backs up turns and parks on the other side) boat ride across to the Be sure to check out their website
  • We visited after the local schools had just started back up. As a result, most of the game booths were closed. Also, many of the resturants had closed down their outdoor dining areas. Besides those negatives, there really wasn't anything to complain about when you consider we were there during the start of the off season. The rides we rode were clean and didn't look like they were falling apart. The staff was plesant and knowledgeable. If you're considering places for handicap access, this place is accessible but it's a little out of the way in the storefront area to the west. To access the second level, you have to go into the parking garage and to the elevator in the stair tower. The out of the way access for the handicap accesibility is why I knocked a star off the review. Outside of that, no complaints.
