  • This place is a gem! Tons to do: mini golf, fishing, walking, jungle gym and more. All free!!! Shaded parking and a quiet environment. There is even a dog park for those pet lovers. Have been here man...  more »
  • Mary Jo Peckham is good for kids of all ages. They have fishing, playgrounds, and a mini golf course. Our kiddos love to spend a nice afternoon there.

  • Ridiculously complicated to swim in the indoor pool. Limited open swim hours for families. Must call to make "reservation" to swim during hours they're supposed to be open to the public anyway, which the last I checked was 1.5 hours a couple of days a week (really???). It's like the really don't want people there at all. Pool is divided into so many sections - each with their own specialized, nonsensical rules. Example: All the lap lanes were free except one in which an older woman was doing walking exercises back and forth. Took my daughter into one lane with me to work with her on a freestyle swim (the other sections of the pool were too deep or too shallow and awkwardly designed for this), but we were told to get out of the lane because they're only for "swimming laps." Had I been allowed to continue, she would have been swimming laps...Meanwhile the older woman continued her little walk bounces and no one ever came to swim in all the other vacant, open lanes. The Aquatic Center is the Twilight Zone with all of it's weird little policies and limited availability.
  • Beautiful family park. Great place to take small kids to introduce to fishing. They have a free community pool and helpful, friendly staff. Also, schedules for the pool are always available. The parks and restrooms have always been in great conditions on my visits
  • Hidden gem Park. Nice swimming public pool. Decent play area for kids. On your left when you are entering into the park, there is great play area for kids. The lake inside the park has nice atmosphere.
  • Almost great. The facility is a little old, needs updating. The employees are a little young, need customer service training. Other than that it's pretty good. Nice to have this place available to the residents.
  • I love this place. Free pool, gym, put put golf, a huge pond and kids playground. Wow, awesome... just awesome.
