Ko Olina Lagoons, Kapolei
(4.6/5 based on 1,200+ reviews on the web)
The crescent-shaped coves of Ko Olina Lagoons are ideal for swimming and snorkeling as the jeweled lagoons provide cover from waves and strong currents from the ocean. First-time snorkelers and families with young children can take advantage of the clear waters and calm currents. For trips to the ocean, visit the resort’s marina for excursion departures, including the chance to encounter dolphins. Get to the lagoon early in order to grab a place in the shade under one of the many huts dotted along the white sands. Make Ko Olina Lagoons a centerpiece of your Kapolei vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Kapolei vacation planner.

  • The lagoons at Ko Olina are breathtakingly beautiful and has very calm water for the keiki. Yet the occasional turtle can still be seen swimming by.
