  • Took a walk around the market place with my family. Most of the shops were empty. There are a few stores open and a few restaurants open. Great shop in there for flip flops. I got a new pair.  more »
  • This place is very touristy, can get a lot of goods made in the Philippians here. There are some shops that seem to be more local based but overall felt like a tourist trap. Did get to see some young...  more »

  • ABC store is open and one strip of boutique tourist shops open. However, the twice weekly (Tuesday and Thursday) Farmers Market in the parking lot is fantastic! You can get nearly any type produce you want including the best tropical fruits anywhere. I know this is true because I've been to other such markets on Maui and the Big Island that weren't as good.
  • We went to the local farmers market while on vacation and bought lots of nice treats. I bought a fresh pineapple, some local fresh fruits, some great baked goods, and pecans and macadamia nut mixtures with seasonings. We enjoyed this farmers market
  • Great market place. Under construction when we were there, but very nice shop owners with an ABC store in the center. If you get a chance while you're here, stop in to the Lava Lava Beach Club. Best happy hour from 3-6.
  • Great spot for all your souvenir and grocery needs. Would avoid ABC store because they price gouge but it's a great spot to buy all kinds of cool items. Highly recommend
  • Many nice little shops with Hawaiian made goods. The space is open air and has seating. Not much in the way of food vendors besides the weekly Farmers market.
