  • Stopped at the marina at the park, He'eia Kea Boat Harbor, and it is a beautiful setting. Mountains covered in green and blue ocean.

  • I had a great time taking my wife to the Kaneohe Sandbar. I rented the Kayaks from the Heeia State Park. Rebecca was very helpful with telling me my options for the rental and Andy was informative...

  • Awesome place to (sit on top) kayak out to the sand bars and snorkel. Bring water, food, towel, and a change of clothing. Showers and changing area behind the restrooms. Kayak rentals on site along with options for adding a dry bag, snorkel gear, and an anchor - best to call ahead.
  • Very nice little park for a quiet walk or to just sit still and read. It has views to cherish. Take a date there or have a picnic with the one who love
  • A really cool spot with a beautiful view of the ocean and boats. Equipped with bathrooms and ample parking, this is an easy spot to rest for lunch or a picnic.
  • He’eia is small but offers a lot. You can explore the fishpond and enjoy the native plants they are rehabilitating. See authentic Hawaiian canoes being built. Kayak and snorkel on the sand bar just off shore. This park is a little gem!
  • Why are all the cats here sick, hurt, and dying. So disappointing to come to a beautiful state park to be consumed with extreme emotions and sadness that no one seems to care about these sweet kitties!! It's one of the first things I've experienced on the island so far and I'm extremely disappointed
