  • We enjoy coming to the market in the summer to buy fresh, local produce. There are food vendors as well, selling anything from bread to tacos.  more »
  • We stopped on a beautiful Saturday in February. The market was indoors and seemed like it was winding down at noon. Ashamed to admit it, but I was only there to browse and get some samples. I felt rea...  more »
  • We love buying fresh food here. There are baked goods, veggies and organic care products, flowers and so much more. It gets bigger every year!  more »

  • Market sellers and food trucks stretch beyond the borders of the Bank Street Market in Kalamazoo. Friendly shoppers browse shoulder-to-shoulder on a Saturday morning. You can find all the produce staples you need and be surprised by something uncommon like fresh duck eggs (great for baking cakes), squash blossoms, and candy onions. I always bring home a freshly cut bouquet of flowers that are more affordable and way more interesting than grocery store bouquets. The Bank Street Market is an excellent place to take out-of-towners to see the vibrancy of our community, learn something new by talking to our local farmers and producers, and enjoy a taste of Kalamazoo at one of the many food vendors. Its even a great place to buy a Kalamazoo t-shirt!
  • Such a great part of the Kalamazoo community. Diverse collection of local farmers, food trucks and artisans. A fun and productive way to spend a summer Saturday!
  • Excellent selection of vendors. incredible variety of food trucks. Live music and a wide spectrum of the community mingling. It's not just Saturdays! Tuesday is also a great day at the market. Smaller but wonderful.
  • As a vendor, I prefer the flea market because it is cheaper. I'd LOVE to be a vendor at the farmer's market in Kalamazoo. It's beautiful, and I'm sorry I cannot post some beautiful photos I have as they are on my other phone (they might be in the cloud, let me check with Google), that I took last fall at the Farmer's market in Kalamazoo. I love the color, the atmosphere. People bring their dogs, but they're not supposed to, but they do. You can sample many foods and cheeses, coffees, teas, and it's a welcoming atmosphere. I like it also because the light from outside, the smell from the cookers, and the buzz of the conversation fills a place in my soul.
  • Kalamazoo Farmers Market is one of Southwest Michigan's best markets. There is a diverse selection of vendors so a person can find almost anything inbound fresh produce. It's a great experience!
