  • The most laid-back place on the Big Island. Uncle Robert;s legacy lives on. Farmers Market, restaurant, smoothie bar, vegan and non-vegan food and live Hawaiian (local) entertainment on Wednesday nigh...  read more »
  • What a fun experience with live music and great food choices. Young and old alike will appreciate the market. Be prepared to either park on the side of the road and walk a ways, or pay to park right at the market.
  • A wonderful fair and party. All ages are there. Hippies of all ages (OG survivors and retro rediscovers). And the best awa band south of Hilo.
  • Good place to experience local flair and laid back atmosphere. Bar, food truck, and smoothie bar near a lava beach. Park and walk to the beach then hide under the restaurants thatch roof for a little snack. Have to go order and clean up after yourself though.
  • Me, my wife and friends were there two years ago on a Wednesday night. If you want to see and feel what Hawaii and aloha is all about, don't miss it. I have PTSD and so keep my antennae out for anything negative. The only thing I felt there was love and friendship. The music, the native dancing and singing, everything was perfect! As in most of Hawaii, the dress is beach casual... the food and drink are perfect.
  • Come down for local grinds, Uncles kitchen is amazing, Ashley Girods smoothies are refreshing, the bar always has the choice and local brewz, and the music is great. Wednesday night market and Saturday morning market come get our local grown fruits, veggies, and our local farmer beef, pork, chicken, and goat along with many other local made foods and gifts.
