  • Royal Hawaiian is one of the very best curses I have had the pleasure to play in my 40+ years of golf. I am fortunate enough to be a member at Firestone CC in Akron Ohio, and I can assure you the chal...  read more »
  • I'm not the best golfer in the world, nor am I the most well traveled golfer. With that said I took my brother here (who has golfed at a few locations across the US) and he was in love with the place....  read more »

  • Amazing! Best course in Kailua, and maybe Hawaii! Extremely impressed I would recommend this course to anyone. Beautiful! Excellent staff and amenities. Go there! Enjoy life and golf more.
  • My favorite Hawaiian course. Scenic and challenging. Great staff! Greens are fair and fine. Ignore dated criticism about greens. You have to think through holes. A great experience!
  • Is the most Hawaii experience golf I've had. Yes I lost a lot of balls, but the front nine is worth it. The locals call it Jurassic Park and for good reason. Stunning views, and course was in great shape. Excellent driving range and practice area. I make sure I play the course several times when I'm here and it is my favorite place to play. Is truly remarkable how this course was conceived and tucked into the mountain.
  • definitely a great course for so many reasons: very friendly and helpful staff, free range balls on the practice area, challenging holes at times, beautiful scenery, excellent place to bring your visiting friends. The greens have been improved significantly. The only neg factor (not a fault of the course management) is that it is in an area that rains more frequently than other areas, therefore check your weather report before booking or call them.
  • Excellent course on the east end of Oahu! Played on a Saturday morning and was able to complete the round in under 4 hours! A bit of a drive, but the scenery was beautiful and the staff friendly, including checking on the course during play (almost unheard of in Hawaii). Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were all in excellent shape and the course plays challenging but fair.
