This is hands down the most beautiful park in the area! Great for hiking, canoeing and fishing. They even have horse trails to bring your horse! Simply stunning and teeming with wildlife! Bring your camera and some water
I absolutely love Riverbend. It's no secret that it's a gorgeous park to explore and a dream place to go if you're a photographer. You feel like you're in a fairy tale with the gorgeous spanish moss trees, high grass, lakes, bridges and dirt paths. It's a great place to just walk around for the day and "get lost". There is no fee to get in and there are parking areas through the park. Dogs are not allowed so don't bring Mr. Fluffy. They do have canoe and kayak rentals on certain days so make sure to check their website. The park also holds special events there sometimes so make sure you call or check out their events page before heading over!
Beautiful, beautiful park. Every couple of months i come here with my kayak and kayak the loxahatchee river. The river is very serene and scenic. You'll most likely encounter a alligator during summer but they don't want anything to with you, they avoid you at all costs. Along the way there's 2 small dams the first one you can go with the kayak. It's a 2 second thrill ride down a one foot waterfall hahaaa.... The river is covered in those huge cypress trees with the draping moss. It's so beautiful. You'll feel some current to and some spots it gets quite strong
Always good for a nice long walk, wildlife definitely a plus ! It's how Florida should be known for its natural beauty!! 😀

Miles of trails to discover. Abundant wildlife encounters are awaiting while roaming this unique natural area park. Pedaler, paddler, equestrian, pedestrian, picnicking, photographer, and motorist; are just a few ways to find an adventure while visiting. An all around favorite!
