  • Last week, we visited the Sanctuary and it was more than I expected. We were able to attend the live showing of the animals. Absolutely, nice atmosphere and kid friendly environment. It was "free" admission, however donations were appreciated. The only thing I would recommend, especially if you are being kids, please bring snacks. We didn't see anywhere on the property where food items could be purchased. However, they do have a gift shop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  • My sister has lived in the surrounding area for 35 years never had been. I have lived here for 8 years never been. We went today with family from Maine. We all loved the visit! Educational and FREE! Donations are how they run the place, make sure you donate something! I will be returning on a monthly basis.
  • Great place to see animals up close! It's free, although they do accept donations (low pressure). Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!
  • Love it here. I use to volunteer here 15 years ago and loved it. I still come to visit often. Love all the things they do for the community and the wildlife. They really love these animals.
  • This place is great! We spent around 3 hours there! Places to picnic, friendly staff, educational talks, and feedings. We had a fantastic time. I will definitely be coming back often!
