  • We only had a short while at the hatchery but we were amazed at the size of the salmon and number of salmon.

  • Fun to see the salmon climbing the ladder. They have a tour, which is informative, but pricy. They do good work to make sure wild salmon survive long term.
  • Really cool to see the salmon and understand more about how they spawn. Everyone who worked there definitely knew their stuff.
  • Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thousands of chrome salmon. Even got to sample salmon jerky after our tour.
  • Well stocked aquarium with local species. They offer great learning experiences for grade schoolers in Oct and April.
  • Fun place, not that great for tourists. They do show you a few parts but the tour is short and you spend the bulk of your time in their small aquarium/museum
