  • I found the whole experience with the Museum very informative and for me a trip down memory lane bringing back childhood memories as I grew up in the area, worth a visit. D  more »

  • I was impressed with the amount of detail for such a relatively small museum. Route 66 information was a high light for me. I was impressed with staff they seemed very informative.  more »

  • It was super cool! Overall I loved it! I did see blood in a solid case though but it didn't matter.
  • Quaint museum that details the rich history of Joliet, IL. The Star Wars / Star Trek exhibits were a huge plus for this nerd. Highly recommended for a rainy day.
  • This is a small museum, but it has a lot of interesting exhibits. They also have a kids room that is very hands ok; cabinets full of things for kids (or adults) to play with and/or create.
  • We arrived in Joliet quite late in the evening; a lot of places had closed for the day and we were left wondering where to eat and where to stay for the night. After a short while driving around we parked up next to the museum and peeked inside but it was closed. Then, the a very nice man came to the door and opened up. We stood around chatting for a while and he let us in; he gave us all kinds of helpful information! Just a shame I can't remember this man's name - extremely helpful! The Museum is very good too. Lots and lots of history and information about the immediate area and the wider state. Well worth a visit!!
  • Fun place to visit. We had a guided tour.
