  • I highly recommend the experience of seeing all of these animals up close. We loved the camel, Humphrey, and the staff are great!

  • Great experience as an overnight guest staying with my family. The accommodations are rustic and situated directly in the middle of the animal reserve. There is a playground in the middle of the petting zoo area with deer, and donkeys, and water fowl. Kangaroos are in a fenced-in directly adjacent. Other animals, including camels, elk, zebra, and African cattle can be hand-fed from the resort area. The tractor tour is fun and informative. Highly recommended!
  • Fun time. Open trailer with guided tour and you get to feed the animals. Guides effectively describe the different animals and explain where they originate from. Informative and fun. Cheap price for a large amount of animal feed.
  • If you love animals, this is a good place to see them and interact with them. After you buy tickets in the gift shop, you'll go to a fenced area that has many deer and goats that you can feed. Next, you'll hop on a tractor-pulled wagon for a meandering tour of the 137-acre property. The animals know that a wagon equals food, so they get as close as they can while you toss handfuls of food to them (or let them eat from your hand if you are brave).
  • Great experience with lots of cool animals, knowledgeable and professional staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Well worth the visit entrance price. I definitely recommend staying overnight at the resort cabins also. They are rustic but the extra time with the zebras and camels was well worth it.
  • Single handedly the best zoo I've ever been to. They really give all the land to the animals. They run across hundreds of acres rather than 5x5 cages and seem to be extremely healthy and well adjusted often eating from your hand extremely gently.
