Monster Mini Golf Reviews
Muito legal mesmo. Fui com a minha namorada no mês de novembro, em uma sexta-feira. Fomos os primeiros a entrar e nos divertimos muito. Funcionários muito queridos, nos deixaram jogar mais um round e ... more »Really cool. I went with my girlfriend in November, on a Friday. We were the first to enter and we had a lot of fun. Very dear, let us play one more round and love. Field is quite different and to give lots of laughs. Recommend!
First, if you are planning on booking a birthday party, DO NOT use their online system. Instead, call them to set up the party. I went on the website and thought I booked the party back in early June ... more »
The idea of this place is fantastic. Workers are generally helpful, and there are random prize give-aways that are fun to get involved in. However, the 18 holes are packed into an area about the size ... more »
Kids will love this place. Mine did. The mini golf section was short and sweet and it was a nice amount of arcade games. The glow in the dark and monster stuff is a nice touch too. Isn't scary but artistic in a way. I recommend it. Too bad it's so far from me, would love to host a party there for my son.
The customer service and party planners there were spot on excellent. They really focused with keeping the kids engaged throughout the entire party! They also served the food and cleaned up afterwards, leaving the parents more time to focus on the party and children itself. Will highly recommend and parent with kids looking for a place to have a party!
We decided to go to monster mini golf on a Saturday night and it was the worse thing we could have done. When we arrived around 7:45 pm the girl behind the counter said there was a 20 minute wait because there were 7 groups ahead of us. We decided we would wait, we did not get to start playing until 8:40 pm. That was over double the amount of time she said it would take and we could not leave because we already had paid and it was expensive at 10 dollars a person. When our group of 5 finally got to start playing every hole we found ourselves waiting for the group ahead of us which consisted of 6 people. The card explicitly stated that there should be no more than 5 in a group and that there was a 5 stroke limit. The group in front of us did not abide by either of these rules. At one point one of the workers did make an announcement that there was a five stroke limit but the group ahead of us did not listen. There were 4 people working behind the counter which they probably only needed 2 and 2 could have been on the course making sure everyone followed the rules which they did not. We did not leave monster mini golf until 10 pm which means it took us over an hour and a half to play and on their website it says it takes about 45 minutes. I am very disappointed and we will not return.
I discovered Monster Mini Golf as we were driving by going to another store. The sign alone peeked my interest. It is so bright and graphic. I wrote down the name to ensure that we would come back another day. Today was the day...I did not know what to expect going inside but it was interesting to see everything glow in the dark. The staff was friendly the time we walked in trip the time we left. Playing was a lot of fun. We loved the courses and got a few laughs as we played. I enjoyed all of it. The family enjoyed it as well but they complained it was too short. Well! That is a minor complaint but overall it was a good time so we will be back.
My daughter and I had a great time. It was a little crowded, but it was a thunderstorm on a Saturday night, so I can't complain. The staff were very friendly, and the music was good and family friendly. We will be going back.
