En realidad fuimos a cenar a cheesecake factory que esta en el mall, pero paseamos por allí además. Lindo locales, no es outlet, así que es un lugar tranquilo. Lindo para dar una vuelta. In fact we went to dinner at cheesecake factory in the mall, but we toured there in addition. Cute local, it is not outlet, so it is a quiet place. Cute for a ride.show original
New Jersey is a clothing shop that attaches itself not TeX WINS ~ ~ H&M, forever21, zara and so familiar with stores in South Korea there's also especially in La Grand the cells on a Mac Mac can buy cheaper than the same product even think in New Yorkshow original
I went to these places with five stars and excellent reviews in Manhattan. Since I have my eyes checked not so often, didn't have much to compare to judge the standard of the great service people are praising about here. As i found Cohen's Fashion Optical were offering many coupon deals at various locations, I purposely avoided to go as I found many(most!) had such negative reviews. However, after i wasn't happy with the service/attitude of the clerks at the stores with five-star reviews, I just wanted to get a reference of the price of my lenses at different places. So, I stopped by Cohen as I just passed by. The clerk, Antonio, who greeted me at the desk was awesome. He was honest and not pushy, and i could tell he was honestly just trying to meet my needs not for his own commission. I could use my own old frame(as i like it and couldn't find others in my picky taste) and I could just change the lenses. Other places were just bringing me in all these expensive frames which were different than what I explained. But Antonio was honest, and even praised my old frame....! He later called me to let me know that he sent my glasses back as he found the tint was darker than what i wanted so updated me with where my lenses would be ready. Later i found another issue with the glasses as it was a fault of the optician who I saw in the city with five star review. Again, Antonio helped me right away with correcting the problem. Nowadays, it's really rare to find people behind a desk working with honesty and a good heart, and real professionalism. Thank you, Antonio!
Ridiculous place. Never going back again here. Had an appointment 2:30, went there at around 2:10 filled out the paperwork and was told to wait for the doctor. That wait never ended. There were 3 receptionists at the from desk and nobody said anything. At 2:50 I asked and they said that the doctor is in some conference call and straight away asked me to reschedule. WTF!! Bunch of idiots. Wasted my time.
Gave it three stars due to the doctor who was awesome! Although, the front of house is not so awesome.. I feel I was totally up sold, how do you have eye insurance, 200 towards frames, free exam and still have to pay 600 bucks! She added a whole bunch of extras I didn't need or ask for and I didn't realize this till after she went ahead and did it.. So yeah, a little disappointed and more broke.
My eye doctor was amazingly great but most of the people at the FRONT COUNTER LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Such as the vibes they give off to me and other customers are rude, awkward, and straight up disrespectful. Other than that I get exactly what I pay for but only after leaping over the wall of the "stuck-up" mentality they hold in front of you for some strange and odd reason. Call it classism I am not sure what their personal deal is but the next time if that ever happens I will put them in there place and never return.
I went in for an eye exam which was supposed to include glasses and contacts. First I was told it was 100 then after being in the office with a female Dr she claimed I had astigmatism so it would cost more. She then fit me with a pair of contacts that I immediately told her I hated and that they were painful. She insisted that I take them home. After a day I stopped wearing them and went back in a few days. This time I saw a male Dr who is the WORST Dr on the face of the planet. He insisted that my prescription was right and that I was trying to keep getting free lenses. I ended up having to go back again and after much back and forth I finally got lense I could actually wear. Because of how horrible they were I decided not to get my glasses there. When I finally did get my glasses with the prescription they gave me and it was WRONG. I hate this place stay VERY far away trust me. I've had good experiences with another Cohens but after this one I will never go back.
