Oklahoma Aquarium, Jenks
(4/5 based on 550+ reviews on the web)
Look for biggest bull sharks in captivity at Oklahoma Aquarium, as you walk through the underwater tunnel that was once featured during Discovery Channel's Shark Week. Feed otters, beavers, and alligators, or learn about different kinds of jellyfish. You'll have the chance to see baby seahorses, usually found wrapped around the plants in the water. You can even touch sea anemones and stingrays in the interactive exhibits. Check the aquarium's feeding schedule online before you go to pinpoint when you can watch divers feed the fish in the coral reefs and the sharks in the tunnel. • Lots to do and see here. Lots of interactive exhibits and beautiful creatures. We spent about 2.5 hours here.
  • Hadn't visited the aquarium in a while, but was invited to a special event there after hours. It has a few new interactive attractions that are quite fun to experience. I got to touch some shrimp and ...  more »
  • Very nice aquarium if you're in the tulsa area. It is on the smaller side but definitely worth stop in. My favorite part was watching the otter and beaver get fed and the tunnel where the sharks swim ...  more »

  • My boyfriend took my son and I to the aquarium yesterday since my two year old and Veterans were free. The lady charged him for his admission anyways. When we pointed this out to her she didn't apologise for the mistake, and charged him again. This incident is ridiculous. Not only is the price of admission outrageous for the things you see there, but the lack of knowledge and customer service makes this a place you shouldn't go. Anywhere else that would have made that type of mistake on Veteran's Day to a veteran would have been very apologetic.
  • When we have guests from out of town, we make it a point to take them to OK Aquarium. My son worked as a volunteer here and we were impressed with how its run and the care that goes into running it. The displays are well done and natural looking. My favorite are the Otters.
  • I came in on Veterans Day and showed my military I'd and the woman at the desk didn't even know what it is and charged me anyway then I told her that they had advertised that Veterans Day Veterans and active military get in free and she shrugged her shoulders said oops and asked for my card and I gave it to her thinking she would take off the money she charged but it turns out she just took it to charge me twice. This place scammed me out of money on Veterans Day and when I called and emailed the numbers provided o was given no response. I am disgusted that this is allowed to happen
  • It's a very cool attraction. Fishes and aquatic animals are very fun to watch. Make sure to ask for the feeding hours : you can watch the sharks being fed (we missed is tho) and I bet it's a great experience. When you rush to see the sharks make sure to not forget the the otter & beaver room which at its left, we almost missed it.
  • We took the whole family. My 6 month old baby was amazed and yet so was my 18 year old brother! Very rare! lol Fun,clean, friendly, plus educational! Great experience for the entire family! I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about going!! :)
