  • I love to go to the Ranger Outlet in Jeffersonville. You can always find what you are looking for. If they don't have it generally someone there knows where you can find one. I do miss the Bose store though. I love the As Seen On TV, the tool outlet, the Kitchen place , and the Oops store. The restaurants are wellnplaced, and if you stop at the office you can get great coupons.
  • I love shopping at Tanger Outlet Jeffersonville. My friend and I make the trip several times a year and always find a lot of great deals and enjoy spending time together. Lots of great stores to choose from and some great deals also.
  • Shopper Services was great in preparing to receive my group of 26 guests + driver with only about three hours notice. They also generously gave us two meal vouchers and two gift cards, one each for the driver and the guide. Unfortunately, the cashier at Charlies (one of only three restaurants on-site) initially refused to honor the meal voucher, and we had to ask her to look more carefully. Her manager then came out and made it ok. Then, when the guide tried to use the gift card at a store, the cashier there said that the card would not work there. Fortunately, this was soon after the lunch experience, so the guide knew not to believe the cashiers when they say "no" to Shopper Services' gifts. The cashier agreed to try ringing up with the gift card, and it worked, as expected. It might be good for Shopper Services to have a meeting with tenants' managers every once in a while to let them know what benefits visiting groups get so that no visitors are confused by being given a gift and then being told that the gift is invalid.
  • We had a great time! Spent a lot of money. Bought the 25% for breast cancer cards and coupons and saved a bundle. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Found everything we were looking for!
  • Nice place, easy access, I'm in a wheelchair. We stayed, including our puppy Lily, overnight at the Roberts Center and ate a very good supper at Max and Erma's. We've been doing this annual trip for over 15 years, for school clothing. All the store employees are talkative, friendly and helpful.
