  • We were looking for a waterfall and we ended up going to stop in this state park. The waterfall is called Kilgore Falls. For who doesn't like long tracks to have a beautiful view, this is the ideal place.

  • Scenic with several different areas. Easy hike to king and queens seat as well as to Kilgore Falls. Stream is worth stopping by on way to either of the above. Only downside is that which applies to all MD state parks-you will be promptly kicked out the second it's sunset so don't even try to get any sunset photos.
  • It's convenient for me to get there. The trails are good. I definitely get a work out between the purple trail and the white trail. Beautiful scenery. Love the King and Queen seat. Great view over the valley. There are a few signs around explaining the different areas.
  • Very interesting rock formations with wonderful views. Very short, easy hike.
  • Great place to hike on all manner of terrain and durations that you can do by yourself, with a group, or your four legged friend. The view from the King and Queen Seat is spectacular and rock climbing is allowed from the 100+ foot rocky outcrop.
  • Wonderful and beautiful place to hike enjoyed the views there's a lot of "ROCKS" on the trails. Alot of the trail is up hill
