  • I live in the area, so I've been to Rotary Gardens many times. I was married there 20+ years ago when it was in the early stages of development. This review is of my most recent visit, in August 2016....  more »
  • I visit the gardens at least once a year. Never disappointed! Beautiful plants, art, and scenery. My boyfriend and I went this time for one of our Sunday dates. A bonus about this is that there are TO...  more »
  • Love the plants and scenery here. Cannot wait until the Christmas light show. It is in December and it is fantastic! Summer is peak time to visit.

  • Tranquil Beautiful Educational Fun So many different types of water features: Rushing streams, waterfalls, reflecting pools, fountains, a very large pond. Bridges and a Japanese walkway over the water. So beautiful. There is a surprise around every corner. There are new plantings every time I visit and little nooks to sit and ponder the beauty of the plantings. So much is packed into a small space and it is perfection. Rotary Gardens is my favorite garden of all.
  • This is a beautiful garden, well-designed and nicely landscaped. It is divided into sections, including a Japanese garden, English garden, Scottish garden, Italian garden, hummingbird garden, and children's garden. It offers several places to sit and enjoy the view, but the ongoing gunfire from the trap shooting range is a little distracting if you're not used to that. The admission prices were higher than what was posted on the website, and seemed a little high for the size of the garden, but not unreasonable for such a nice attraction.
  • I am intoxicated! We spent about four hours this afternoon strolling, sitting, and even snoozing in the gardens (the little Japanese structure with burbling stream was very restful). The heirloom garden was particularly interesting. So much beauty, so many wonderful smells! Get thee to Janesville post haste! By the way, if you are a member of a garden in your hamlet, bring that card with you as they have many reciprocal memberships.
  • They have a plethora of flowers and beautiful trees. A beautiful garden!!
  • Friends had a beautiful wedding here. He said it was a pretty good price to rent out as well.
