  • Wonderful and fairly easy 3 miles one way hike to Hamilton Falls. A bonus was the water release made for some great whitewater rafting watching!

  • Well maintained, clean camo sites, just enough distance between sites, wood chopping stumps at each site(!), reasonably priced, easy hikes, beautiful river to swim in...I could go on. We went with two other families and had a great weekend. You feel far away from it all in a cozy little river valley.
  • Beautiful park. Offering a nice hike to some swimmable potholes up neat the top. There is also a parking lot right near the swimming holes for those who don't to hike.
  • THE BEST park for hiking and splashing around with out of town friends in the state. Let me break it down, the park paths are not too technical for city folk, the waterfall is always fun and the camping ground is well maintained and stocked .
  • Peaceful and fun walk/hike. The trail to the bottom of the waterfall is great. Sitting at the falls is a nice, relaxing day.
  • Great for families. Education center with knowledgeable Ranger. Playground, hikes and bike trails. Fun beach by a shallow river.
