  • You can see this as you come up I-8 going southbound. Take the next exit and youโ€™ll pass some interesting vehicles along your way back to the tower. Itโ€™s only a mile or so back. From the tower and par...  more »

  • Let's start at the road going in...right away you begin to understand you are on your way to a unique place. Passing some small alien spaceships, that the kids will love, keep going to the tower. It i...  more »

  • Wow! This place is so cool! We would have stayed longer but we were in a hurry to get home. We climbed all over the rocks, went all the way up to the top of the tower. The kids had a blast! And if we hadn't spent so much $$ at the Yuma fair the night before, I would of left there with a bunch of cool stuff! So I made a list for next time. We're taking the kids again but with a picnic next time!! Honestly can't wait to go back, before it gets too hot though! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
  • I've always wanted to stop by on my way to San Diego. Even though it was SO windy, my friend and I enjoyed the peculiarity of this place. The tower has a store full of things that you can buy. It has an old piano, which we were pleased to hear. It has a beautiful view from the top of the tower. Do not miss the short hike through the rocks was worth to see all of the rocks craved and painted. I would love to go back again!
  • This place was a lot of fun to visit. I brought my dog and family and Ben (guy at the register) advised to let my dog loose to roam around. He made me and my family feel very welcome. There was also this other guy named Sam who works/lives there and he also was very friendly, he showed us how to play the old piano. They have several cute dogs there that roam around. This place has a lot of good souvenirs to buy. Highly recommend this place for a family adventure, dogs are welcomed too if they get along with other dogs.
  • You NEVER see stores like this anymore. There is like 5 floors once you get up, the view is AMAZING. There is a telescope which cost 25ยข to see through and your can see the wind turbines, which are pretty far away, really chose up, and if that isn't enough, there is some stairs that lead a bit more up giving you an even better view. Now to the store part, it's AWESOME. Again, you don't see stores like this anymore. It's full of fun and cool little knick-knacks. It's just an awesome place with some of the best views. Definitely worth coming to while on a road trip or something like that.
  • For as long as I can remember, driving from the east, towards San Diego, I have wanted to stop here. I finally did it. It was the high point of a drive that I already love. The people who own it are very nice. Turns out it's not just the tower that is worth stopping to experience. The rock carvings are very cool. I found myself thinking that I could live there, happily. I plan to stop by from now on, sorry I waited so many years.
