  • A good venue, with ease in and out. The arena hold 15,000 folks and I suspect it was close to full. There were good public parking choices and we parked less than a block from from the front door at c...  read more »
  • Came to see a Jacksonville sharks game with the family. Great atmosphere and lots of different eateries. Seats were great, able to see everything.
  • Great place to see concerts and sporting events. Comfortable chairs and small enough that you can see the main stage from any seat. Be careful what seats you choose, some offer obstructed views withou...  read more »
  • We have been here for Kevin Hart, Ringling Bros, Mike Epps, Rihanna, Hawks vs Pelicans, amongst other things and we always have a ball at this place. The facility is very clean, staff are helpful and resourceful. Overall a true gem for the people of Jacksonville.
  • Amazing place!! I go here for the Jacksonville Sharks games, Import and Craft festival, and many other venues. They work very efficiently and effectively when dealing with big crowds. Very well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a great place to bring the whole family. You won't be disappointed.
  • The VMA is a decent sized arena that hosts all types of events from the circus to sporting events. The arena itself is a decent size and has a relatively large seating capacity but the seats themselves leave much to be desired and the levels are very steep which makes for decent viewing but treacherous walking. The concessions are a mess as well and are only really located on a single level which amounts to chaos during intermission. Likewise, the escalators and elevators to the levels are small, slow and poorly placed so things get pretty scary near the end of events. Parking here isn't ideal and options are limited so expect to either pay a great deal for parking or hoof it for a while.
  • The hours for the box office are horrible. I live out of town and travel there for different events with my family. They are not open on the weekend and I work on weekdays. I wanted to travel there to save money on the tickets even though it is an hour one way for me. I would wake up early on a Saturday if they had something open.
  • Fine concert or event lication in the heart of downtown jacksonville.
