  • My husband and I have never been to a place like this. My first thought of it was that it was pricey. But we wanted to do something different and it was just us two. We had visited the Texas sate rail...  read more »
  • This was so much fun! It's a lot longer than I anticipated (I was afraid it would be just a 30 minute drive around the place- more like 2 hours!) and I went around 3pm so was concerned that the animal...  read more »
  • We went this past weekend and it was such an amazing experience! We drive all over TX to experience drive thru safari's and this one is probably my favorite thus far. Wonderful animals and knowledgeable employees. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are on the fence, GO! It is well worth any drive (mine was 3 hours).
  • Awesome place have been twice but don't expect a clean scratch free car on the way out ,I have one little scratch from a elk ...yes a elk and I think that's awesome. 10/10 would go back. Don't drive a expensive car there.
  • This place is much bigger than I originally thought. Because of its location I thought, "Nah it's can't be that big" but lo and behold it took us almost 2 hours to go through it! It is 300 acres-it was great! It was very fun and enjoyable.
  • This is an unbelievable experience to see all of the different animals! If you drive the speed limit and stop occasionally it does take a while to get through. But my kids and I didn't want it to end! The staff are informative and very polite. This is a great place to come to watch and feed these beautiful animals! Zebras, alpacas, deer and buffalo, the list goes on! It's worth it to come drive through.
  • Great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great time!! It is fun for all ages. The animals will come very close to the vehicle and are extermely friendly. The llamas, bison, zebras and camels were not shy at all and would eat out of your hands. It was posted to not feed out of your hands but was very hard not to when they were so friendly! The camels were defiantly the most entertaining! Be prepared to be throughly searched by the camels for food and you may have to give up an entire bag!! They were extremely friendly and made our entire family laugh very hard. Extra food is definitely a plus when going through the safari! The admission is worth every penny and provides you all day access to the park! We arrived shortly after park opened. We were able to stop and spend extra time with a lot of the animals which was awesome. It took about 2.5 hours for us to get through the safari but that was due to the stopping and very slow speeds. I believe 1.5 to 2 hours is the estimated time to get through the safari.
