1.5/5 based on 480+ reviews on the web
At Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, try out different rides and slides from gentle to adrenaline-pumping. Head down a 40 m (132 ft) thrill slide through a tunnel and out of a giant funnel. Raft down a massive cobra's body, soak yourself in a 2,600 cu m (696,000 gallon) wave pool, and experience the twists and turns of a 109 m (357 ft) tunnel in total darkness at speeds of 64 km/h (40 mph). The most daring may want to brave a six-story drop and a 550 m (1,800 ft) complex of slides, while the least daring can float gently down a lazy river. • It is a good place to be. I have been to other water park in New Jersey and Orlando. I think this one is not good as Action Park in New Jersey. The entertainment is not thrilling! But, on the other ha...  read more »
  • The worst water park we have been to. The bath houses for changing were disgusting, reeked of urine and no employees around to maintain standards. The privacy curtains were filthy. However the worst p...  read more »

  • Hello. This is the first time I ever went to six flags and it was for my birthday. The experience at hurricane harbor was awesome. Most rides were really thrilling. Although there is a lot of people it is still fun. But the only problem was this one ride called "The Big Bambu and Reef Runner". The problem was that this ride you had to wait on a long line because when people get off the ride they leave the 4 person raft to float on the water and no one would push it. This causes the raft to take such a long time to get to the lift also causing more than an hour wait.
  • Went with the family on a Sunday with 86 degrees weather. VERY VERY busy. Spent 2-3 hours in EACH ride. in a matter of 5 hours we only had time to go to 2 rides and eat. I recommend you go on a weekday. I definitely recommend the tornado. Food was WAYYY over priced and there was no where to sit. I give the food a 4/10 rate. Over all it was good family bonding and this park would be AMAZING if it weren't for the LONG lines.
  • Went there last weekend. The queuing system is poorly managed. We spent 6 hours and only did 5 rides. Lack of staff and equipment. You'd better spend money somewhere else. Ticket is $40 each; Parking is $25; Cheapest locker is $16. And you end up waiting on average 1 hour per ride.... The reason I am giving it 1 star because the ride is fun; just they way they manage the park is bad...
  • Extremely long lines for almost all water rides. Long waits seemed to be caused by a lack of inner tubes not by overcrowding...most rides, people could have safely came down except for the fact that there wasn't enough inner tubes brought up to the slide. Having additional inner tubes or even people to help facilitate getting tubes back up would really help. The people who were working didn't seem to care much about anything. Many times riders could be seen getting off the lines after a very long wait. The wave pool was fun except for the fact that every 10 mins the life guards would whistle everyone out for some unknown reason. People speculated it was for lifeguard training.
  • I'm in the car looking at the reviews and I have to say u people are spoiled. Long lines and cheap food and expensive parking. Tell me what amusement park doesn't have long lines expensive gross food and expensive parking like come on
