  • First off, it is a pretty neat store. However, we realized that some of the stuff he was selling, we could get at Walmart. He had some PEZ kits that were $20.00 and the same one was $12.00 at Walmart....  more »
  • This is a very curious little shop. Behind every corner and turn there are surprises to be had. We spent a lot of time in there just wandering and reminiscing .  more »
  • If you're in Omaha this is a must do! We loved this shop. Lots of candy and some really good fudge. Fun for kids and adults!!  more »

  • Customer service is very important to me. I work in the service industry and realize its importance. When employees are rude it definitely influences my decision on whether to purchase. The male employee working the candy counter was unfriendly and seemed to be bothered by our purchases. He never offered assistance, didn't thank us. This visit was our first and last
  • Will never go back. We were in the store for 20mins till the manager came up to me and told us double wide strollers need to be parked to the side. I don't even have a double wide stroller my stroller puts the kids one behind the other. I don't have a problem following the rules but don't make up stuff just to get it your way. The bad part is my son is a medically dependent child. I will never go to this store again.
  • So neat many nostalgia items. Creative and fun. Good dessert but seemed understaffed.
  • Easy to spend some time here looking at the collections of antiques, and then grab your favorite classic candy or drink, or even order lunch at the diner.
  • Kids loved being able to come into the shop and check it out. But NOT kid friendly at all. Also the associate (older lady, maybe a manager) NOT kid friendly at all. We came in with a small stroller and a smaller wagon big enough to go down the isle and PLENTY of room for other people too! We just wanted to buy some candy for the kids and were told to take our stroller (that had a new born baby in it outside, and out wagon, or leave!) She then said I know how hard it is but we won't have you blocking the isle. My husband was like huh? Another lady beside us said "they are fine, they aren't blocking the isle". This lady was completely rude!!!!! She wouldn't let us get the kids candy, pay and leave. We finally left.. let's just say I don't suggest you take kids there.. NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!😠
