  • I was the only one on the 3pm tour yesterday but I didn't mind it. It starts off with a 20 minute movie about the author then the tour guide takes you through the house and the garden. The staff were very friendly and the whole tour was very interesting. I have no complaints for the tour at all otherthan I wish I was allowed to take photos of the house. The tour last about 40 minutes I think and I highly recommend it.
  • This is the house that Eudora Welty lived in & where she wrote her books. Next door is a museum & exhibit of some of her works. Until April 2013 there is a special exhibit on her book - The Shoebird - the only book she wrote for children.
