Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort Reviews
We normally don't go on a Sat. nite, but we had dinner at The Lone Wolf & tried our luck before & after dinner. Needless to say we didn't do to well. As Casino's go, this is a very clean, up to date c... more »
no cocktail service on the floor?? Never win a dime and I've been there many times - I would not recommend this place more »
Not much of a gambler so can’t provide feedback on that but the buffet with endless Crab legs is an exceptional value at around $15 per person! more »
We had a very nice morning. Mom can't walk anymore and the valet immediately had a bellman come with a very comfortable wheelchair for our use while we were there☆☆☆☆☆☆! That was a five star move. We ate at the buffet. It was moved from the second floor to the first. I liked the room upstairs quite a bit more. The crab was good the buffet, well it was buffet. The blu cheese burgers were pucks the ribs while good had been sitting out far too long. Salad and fruit bar was very good as were deserts. Gaming was like anywhere. Lot of high tech ways to take your dough. We had a lot of fun. We will be back.
I love this place. They all make you feel like you are their best customer. It has great rewards if you choose to gamble. The food is fabulous and there are so many things to do. Also it is nestled away in the Gold Rush Mountains that has a lot of history.
Went to Jackson Rancheria specifically for the lobster buffet. Suggest getting three early, a the wait gets longer and longer close to dinner time. Lobsters are served without claws: despite the decent size, lobster tails seem relatively small. In addition to the lobster, soft shell crab, other seafood and meats are all tasty. The service provided is quite good. One of the better buffets around Sacramento.
ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT... FIRST OF ALL THIS PLACE IS WAY TO FAR FROM HIGHWAY 99. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION IT WOULD BE SOMEWHAT CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY (NOT!!!). 2ND- MAKE SURE YOU HEAD OUT BEFORE DARK, AS THE LIGHTING IN THE AREA IS VERY VERY BAD (ALMOST NON VOID) VERY HARD TO SEE AT NIGHT! LOTS OF TWIST & TURNS... THE CASINO ITSELF IS PRETTY NICE.. SLOTS ARE PRETTY DECENT. GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR A DAY TRIP!
The Buffet was horrid we went specifically with European guests on Friday and everything from the lobster to the Prime Rib was awful. We were embarrassed by the food as well as the service. I remember when the buffet first opened it was outstanding - I would be hard pressed and would have to be convinced of a major overhaul before I ever stepped foot in there again let alone recommend the buffet. it was over inflated on price and to be honest a fast food burger would have left a greater sense of satisfaction when the meal was done.
