  • The Farmer's Market is great. If you want to minimize the crowds on Saturday, hit it when it opens at 9 during the summer. Vendor attendance changes in different days and Sundays are slower. There are other times (Thursday night) that will have different compositions. A wonderful place to run into people and simply enjoy the fruits of the region. It's great to get to know the vendors, who has what, and track the seasons.
  • I shop at the farmer's market every week! There's tons of vendors and they're all super friendly. The location right by the water is beautiful, and it's so nice to get some food and take it down to the picnic tables to watch boats go by while you eat. The produce is consistently super fresh (notwithstanding the one "beyond organic" guy who kind of just sells sad vegetables), and the food stalls are out of this world!
  • So much to see and do! Lots of vendors, many choices, friendly people. Get any meal here. Buy local meats and vegetables to create your own. Don't forget the plants, clothing, jewelry and unique items that make memorable gifts. Sit by the water, chat with friends and bring your friendly pets!
  • One of the nicest farmers markets I've been to. Super friendly people selling baked goods, foods, coffee, wooden toys, clothing and other knick knacks. Great location too with all the stands located under a pavilion with picnic tables and chairs setup facing the water. I felt like a local there despite being a tourist!
  • I drive from Buffalo to visit this particular Farmers Market. The apples they have in the fall are the best apples in the world, hands down. Fresh baked pizza every weekend, and live music? How can you go wrong? Oh, and it's on the lakefront, so while you're sampling some home-cooked Thai, or delicious gyoza, or out of this world Chinese food, you can sit by the water and enjoy a nice chill day. This Farmers Market is absolutely perfect.
