  • The ambiance of this market is wonderful! It is tucked into several sheds down by the water. Great variety of produce; cuisine; beverages, etc. Everything you could want in a farmers market!
  • The best farmers market I've ever been too. Fresh ethnic food cooked while you wait, have lunch on the waters edge. People watch. Crafters booths have unique arts craft items, definitely not the typical tomatoes zucchini stands. Plants in bloom for sale. Hand made precious gems jewelry handmade clothing too. Absolutely fell in love with this market on steamboat landing & its across from the science center! I could make an entire day of this. 😊
  • A great market, venue, everything. It can be packed on nice days (from May thru December) and is also a great place to walk around on the inlet. It connects to the Waterfront Trail, is accessible for all people, and has clean bathrooms and an ATM (those things are only available when the market is open or an event is happening, though).
  • This is one of the best farmers' markets I have ever been to. It is an open market, with a huge beautiful wooden roof and stalls. The selection of foods and products is astounding. There are picnic benches and access to the lake right outside of the market. A gorgeous way to spend a morning.
  • Great place to be on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon. Amazing variety of shops and once you are done roaming you can go near the lake and sit with friends or family. Wine tasting is a must if you are into wines. Huge selections and different kinds of Wine, a few I haven't even tasted before. Must try place would be one of the food joints (Caribbean/Ethiopian cuisine) don't remember the name but you can definitely identify this by the huge line up they have :)
  • A right of passage for any Ithacan. Go hungry as the food booths all have something delicious to offer. Riding your bike these earns you more cred. Produce always looks amazing from all the vendors.
